Business Mandate
At SafiPay, we are committed to transparency and compliance with all regulations. To ensure the highest level of security and trust, we do not hold client funds in our accounts. Instead, our app, SafiPay, is powered by SasaPay, a licensed payment service provider.
When clients open SafiPay accounts, their funds are securely held in SasaPay’s trustee accounts. SafiPay operates under a Business Partnership Agreement with SasaPay, enabling us to offer and facilitate SasaPay’s financial products through our platform. Additionally, we are in the final stages of establishing a Business Partnership Agreement with Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) to provide its digital payment service, InfinitiPay, through our app.
To clarify, SafiPay does not hold client funds or offer loans—instead, we facilitate access to trusted financial products from licensed Payment Service Providers (PSPs) through our platform. Our priority is to offer secure, seamless, and innovative digital financial solutions, empowering our clients with convenient and reliable services.
